BxPods provides podcast production consulting, audio content strategy, and digital storytelling services. All work is delivered according to a scope agreed upon in writing before any project begins. We do not guarantee specific audience growth, download numbers, or revenue outcomes.
You agree to provide timely feedback, access to necessary materials, and accurate information. Delays caused by late responses may shift project timelines. You are responsible for securing all rights to content you supply, including music, interviews, and third-party clips.
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables we produce specifically for your project. BxPods retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Our pre-existing tools, templates, and methodologies remain our property.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or loss of data.
Either party may terminate a project with seven days' written notice. You will be billed for work completed up to the termination date. If we terminate due to your breach of these terms, no refund will be issued for work already delivered.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
